chased. But it is the special emblem of Le Chateau du Pirou a Thiers at the top of the spine which sets this
knife apart. The Coute de Tie is the guild which moniters the quality of Thiers knives bearing the mark of
authenticity on the blade. The Chateau du Pirou is the building housing the guild and is faithfully hand
worked into the stainless. Supplied with black leather belt sheath and exotic Wood gift box. Handcrafted
and guaranteed for life.
